Small Steps, Quiet Healing

Step 1: Rest.

The work is done while you rest between clean white sheets on a massage table. You can wear your comfy clothes or even bring a pajamas along to help yourself fully relax. Our cozy blankets and the table warmer will keep you snug and relaxed during the session.

Step 2: Release.

While you are resting, Luba begins the Reversal: an intercessory process of removing the 'static' from your nervous system. Through this intercessory prayer, Holy Spirit interference, sound and hands, the release of past trauma, stress and tension takes its place.

Step 3: Restore.

Before waking you up, Luba installs peace and joy into the spaces that have been cleared. You rise being rested and relaxed.
